Please pray for Jarrod over the next few weeks. He has been having a lot of pain on the left side of his belly for over a month now. In December 2007 he had some similar pain, but much worse, and that ended up sending us to a long, lovely visit to the ER. After many test, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with him and sent him home with pain meds. After a few weeks the pain went away, and we pretty much forgot about it.
A few weeks ago the pain came back, but this time not quite as bad. However, it just won't go away. He finally went to his family doctor who put him through a serious of tests. After the tests came back he sent us to a surgeon, because he thought it was his gall bladder. The surgeon looked at everything and said it did NOT sound like gall bladder and he wouldn't be doing surgery. Then today he saw the gastroenterologist who thinks he has Diverticulitis. Jarrod has to be on a round of antibiotics, but on November 6th he has to have a colonscopy to check everything out. Oh what fun, we've heard that will be! Hopefully that test will confirm the diagnosis.
Please pray that everything comes back normal and he starts feeling better.

Bailee's bladder problems are caused by a diverticulum on the bladder wall. I know this is an old post, so let me know how Jarrod's doing! Talk to you soon!
